Don’t you need like, months of therapy and years of discipline to overcome addictions? No? THEN SHUT UP AND TAKE MY CAPS.
Also, I still have the end of a syringe lodged somewhere in my face, mind getting that while you’re in there?
“….No, I’m Pretty sure I’m Drugged off my ass…wait, where’d my caps go?”
Was I the only one who wished you would see things if you were addicted to something, and not just negative stats? Like getting addicted to jet = you see random animals charging at you that aren’t there. I know it’s a little extreme, but that’d be almost as much fun as the weird wasteland perk.
Having hallucinations in a game for taking drugs would be a very interesting game mechanic, the developers could easily create an over lay for the “real world” in the game, so say you see a pedestrian in Fallout Vegas walking down the street but hopped up on drugs you would see a two headed clown with daggers for teeth, or a butterfly.
They did do something like this in the Point Lookout DLC. There was a quest where you had to eat part of a sacred plant, then hallucinated a bunch of strange stuff, Amata, and your parents.
It’s a little known fact that all addiction is kept right in the nose. S’why you just gotta give it a good’ol massage
Your FACE. in panel two. XD
